3D Medical Animation for Kids
Omega Pediatrics aims to create engaging 3D animations that simplify complex medical concepts for children. The goal is to transform existing articles and blog posts into visually appealing and educational animations that resonate with a young audience. By using language and visuals tailored to kids, the project seeks to make learning about health and the human body both fun and informative. The project will involve interpreting scripts derived from existing written content and translating them into animations that are easy for children to understand. This initiative will help bridge the gap between medical knowledge and young learners, fostering early interest in health and science.
Business Insights Dashboard
Omega Pediatrics, a small healthcare provider, seeks to enhance its operational efficiency and decision-making processes through data visualization. The goal of this project is to develop a comprehensive dashboard that provides clear insights into various aspects of the business. This includes visualizing patient volume trends, tracking payments received, monitoring attendance rates, analyzing staff levels, and categorizing patient visit types and ages. By transforming raw data into actionable insights, the dashboard will enable Omega Pediatrics to make informed decisions, optimize resource allocation, and improve patient care. The project will allow learners to apply their knowledge of data analysis, visualization tools, and user interface design to create a functional and user-friendly dashboard. - Analyze existing data sources to identify key metrics. - Design and implement a user-friendly dashboard interface. - Integrate data visualization tools to display trends and patterns. - Ensure the dashboard is easily updatable and scalable.
Omega Pediatrics Partnership Marketing Strategy
Omega Pediatrics is seeking to expand its brand by partnering with private practice doctors who wish to operate under the Omega Pediatrics name. The goal of this project is to develop a comprehensive marketing strategy that will effectively attract and engage potential partners. This involves understanding the unique selling points of Omega Pediatrics and crafting compelling marketing messages that resonate with private practitioners. The project will focus on creating targeted marketing materials, including brochures, digital content, and email campaigns, to communicate the benefits of partnering with Omega Pediatrics. Additionally, the strategy should consider the competitive landscape and identify key channels for reaching potential partners in North America. - Analyze the current market for pediatric practices and identify potential partners. - Develop key marketing messages that highlight the advantages of partnering with Omega Pediatrics. - Create a strategic plan for reaching and engaging potential partners through various marketing channels.
Smart Patient Intake and SOAP Note Generator
Omega Pediatrics aims to streamline the patient intake process by developing a web application that collects patient information through a dynamic form with conditional logic. This form will adapt based on the responses provided, ensuring a personalized and efficient data collection experience. The primary goal is to enhance data accuracy and reduce manual entry errors. Once the form is completed, the data will be converted into a downloadable PDF, ensuring easy access and readability. Additionally, the project seeks to integrate AI capabilities to analyze the collected data and automatically generate a SOAP (Subjective, Objective, Assessment, Plan) note. This AI-generated note will be designed to seamlessly integrate into the patient's electronic medical record, enhancing the efficiency of medical documentation and supporting healthcare providers in delivering quality care.
Online Training Course Development
Our company provides regular training for employees and students, so they are up-to-date on ethics, key health topics and safety standards as well as changes within the industry. To make training more convenient, we hope to transform our training programs into online courses. We would like to work with students to develop and upload an online training course. The project will be heavily AI assisted meaning that the third party platform will have AI tools that help the students achieve their goals. Tasks include: Gathering relevant course design and content information from content provided by the project owner Researching options for our online training platform and understanding best practices for successful online courses Assessing existing online training platforms and recommending the best platform for our course marketing/propagation. Reviewing our existing training material and making recommendations. Assisting in designing the course and revising training material using a rubric.
Pediatric Intake Forms Creation Project
The main goal for the project is to create intake forms for the Omega Pediatrics website in order to bring in new patients. The forms should be created using Jotforms and should have logic implemented such that the form fields presented to the patients will depend on the age of the patient.
Optimizing a Research Grant Application Template for Omega Pediatrics
The main goal of this project is to optimize a research grant application template(s) to seek seed funding for Omega Pediatrics' patient/doctor messaging app. This will involve several different steps for the students, including: - Researching the grant application process and requirements. - Developing a strategy for the grant application. - Writing and editing the grant application template. - Researching potential funding sources. - Identifying and applying for relevant grants. - Tracking the progress of the grant applications.
Streamlining Care for Patients with Depression, ADHD, Anxiety, and Other Behavioral Problems
The main objective of the project is to streamline care provided from the pediatric practice Omega Pediatrics to patients with depression, ADHD, anxiety, and other behavioral problems. The intern will work with the general pediatrician with extensive experience in managing these conditions. The student will be responsible for improving the workflow for this subset of patients. They will also be involved in reviewing scoring materials which are all done online. Depending on clearance they may be able to sit in on telemedicine visits and also will be involved in creation of materials but for marketing as well as for communication with these patients. They will have the opportunity to choose better tools as well as provide insights based on what they already know from school.
Omega Pediatrics Rewards Program
The main goal for this project is to build an application that can be used to implement a rewards program for our pediatric primary care clinic. This will involve several different steps for the students, including: - Designing a user interface for the application. - Developing a rewards system that can be used to track patient visits and reward them for their loyalty. - Integrating the rewards system with our existing patient database. - Creating an automated system for sending rewards to patients. - Testing the application for bugs and making improvements based on user feedback.
