Develop proficiency in OpenAI, Make, and n8n by building AI/automation solutions for Dr. Mike's business/personal challenges, ultimately creating standardized, value-based subscription packages for small business clients.
Tasks, Activities, and Deliverables by Phase:
- Phase 1: Foundations & Tooling Setup
- Tasks/Activities: Understand vision, set up tools (Make, n8n, OpenAI API, Taskade), learn basics.
- Deliverables: Accounts set up, basic understanding, Taskade configured.
- Phase 2: Deep Dive into AI & Automation Tools
- Tasks/Activities: Complete tutorials, understand OpenAI API & costs, integrate tools, explore supporting tools.
- Deliverables: Basic integrated workflows, documented supporting tool uses, clear OpenAI cost understanding, tutorial completion.
- Phase 3: Pain Point Identification & PoC Development
- Tasks/Activities: Develop/administer questionnaire (with AI help), identify pain points, build/test/refine PoCs for Dr. Mike, measure impact, document PoCs (with costs) in Taskade.
- Deliverables: Questionnaire, working PoCs, comprehensive PoC documentation.
- Phase 4: Building Standardized Agency Automations
- Tasks/Activities: Identify client packages from PoCs, define scope/value, template workflows, develop onboarding steps, estimate client costs, create runbook in Taskade.
- Deliverables: Defined client packages, templated workflows, estimated costs, onboarding/runbook drafts.
- Phase 5: Wrap-up & Knowledge Transfer
- Tasks/Activities: Final documentation review, organize files, prepare/deliver final presentation, feedback, handover.
- Deliverables: Organized documentation, final presentation, files handed over.
- Developed Proficiency: The team will gain hands-on expertise in using OpenAI, Make, and n8n.
- Identified Pain Points: Real-world challenges in Dr. Mike's business and personal life will be uncovered.
- Working Proofs of Concept (PoCs): Functional AI and automation solutions addressing the identified pain points will be built and tested.
- Comprehensive Documentation: Detailed records of the PoC builds, their impact, and associated costs will be created.
- Standardized Client Packages: Successful experimental solutions will be translated into defined, templated automation packages ready to be offered to small businesses.
- Operational Readiness: Estimated client costs and internal runbooks for implementing and maintaining the standardized packages will be developed.
- Knowledge Transfer: Learnings and project results will be effectively communicated through a final presentation and handover.
- Practical Application: Learners will have applied their theoretical knowledge in a practical, real-world development environment.
- Repeatable Solutions: The focus throughout the project is on creating solutions that are scalable and can be easily replicated for multiple clients.
