Details

Omega Pediatrics aims to streamline the patient intake process by developing a web application that collects patient information through a dynamic form with conditional logic. This form will adapt based on the responses provided, ensuring a personalized and efficient data collection experience. The primary goal is to enhance data accuracy and reduce manual entry errors. Once the form is completed, the data will be converted into a downloadable PDF, ensuring easy access and readability. Additionally, the project seeks to integrate AI capabilities to analyze the collected data and automatically generate a SOAP (Subjective, Objective, Assessment, Plan) note. This AI-generated note will be designed to seamlessly integrate into the patient's electronic medical record, enhancing the efficiency of medical documentation and supporting healthcare providers in delivering quality care.

Deliverables

The project will deliver a fully functional web application capable of collecting patient information with conditional logic. Key deliverables include a user-friendly form interface, a system for generating downloadable PDF outputs, and an AI module for creating SOAP notes. The final product will also include documentation detailing the application's features and integration guidelines for electronic medical records.
