Market Research and Content Strategy to Improve Service Adoption
To help more families find and connect with Connect Behavior’s services, this project will focus on identifying key barriers and opportunities related to outreach, brand positioning, and service adoption. Students will conduct basic market research to understand how similar services are discovered and used by families and propose content strategies to improve visibility and clarity of offerings.
Social Media Strategy to Build Consistency and Community
Connect Behavior currently lacks a consistent social media presence, with various team members posting ad hoc content. The objective of this project is to develop a clear, sustainable three-month social media strategy that aligns with the organization's mission, improves outreach, and builds meaningful engagement with families and community partners in Alberta.
Website Revamp for Enhanced Accessibility and Family Engagement
This project aims to rebuild Connect Behavior’s current website to create a more welcoming, accessible, and user-friendly digital presence that aligns with the organization’s values and services. The goal is to ensure families visiting the site can easily understand the supports available and feel confident in reaching out. The existing site is difficult to update, and staff lack the technical skills to manage it, so a simplified and maintainable solution is crucial.
