Audit current social media activities (if any)
Research competitor and peer organizations’ social strategies
Define audience personas (e.g., parents, caregivers, educators)
Create a 3-month content calendar with post ideas, captions, and visual recommendations
Suggest platforms, posting frequency, and basic metrics to track performance
Final deliverables:
- 3-month social media strategy and content plan
- Sample posts and visual templates
- Engagement best practices for internal team use
Scheduled check-ins to discuss progress, address challenges, and provide feedback.
