Details

Connect Behavior currently lacks a consistent social media presence, with various team members posting ad hoc content. The objective of this project is to develop a clear, sustainable three-month social media strategy that aligns with the organization's mission, improves outreach, and builds meaningful engagement with families and community partners in Alberta.

Deliverables

Audit current social media activities (if any)

Research competitor and peer organizations’ social strategies

Define audience personas (e.g., parents, caregivers, educators)

Create a 3-month content calendar with post ideas, captions, and visual recommendations

Final deliverables:

  • 3-month social media strategy and content plan
  • Sample posts and visual templates
  • Engagement best practices for internal team use
