Details

This project aims to rebuild Connect Behavior’s current website to create a more welcoming, accessible, and user-friendly digital presence that aligns with the organization’s values and services. The goal is to ensure families visiting the site can easily understand the supports available and feel confident in reaching out. The existing site is difficult to update, and staff lack the technical skills to manage it, so a simplified and maintainable solution is crucial.

Deliverables

Audit the current website for layout, functionality, accessibility, and content gaps

Benchmark websites of similar family support organizations

Create a sitemap and wireframe for a new site focused on emotional clarity and trust-building

Rebuild the site using a user-friendly CMS (Wix Studio, WordPress, etc.)

Train staff through a short manual or recorded video tutorial

Final deliverables:

  • A new functional website
  • Site management guide
  • Wireframes and UX summary report
