By analyzing the layout, improving space utilization, enhancing inventory management practices, applying lean manufacturing principles, and providing training for staff, the project aims to streamline operations, reduce waste, and enhance workflow efficiency to better support the company's distribution needs and overall service capabilities.

Streamlining Supply Chain Logistics

The main goal of this project is to enhance the efficiency and cost-effectiveness of SelectMe International's supply chain logistics. By conducting a thorough analysis of the entire supply chain process, identifying bottlenecks, and proposing targeted solutions, the project aims to streamline logistics operations from international sourcing in Spain to final distribution in North York, ultimately leading to reduced lead times and transportation costs.
