Springboard | Design Audit and Redesign

The UI/UX of our platform is designed to look and feel [INSERT], with the ultimate goal of creating a product for parents that is easy, intuitive, and trustworthy. We are preparing to launch our MVP, and are seeking your support to improve the user management experience for the three main user types. We know navigating from the home screen to take XYZ critical action has been a blocker to other users in the past, and suspect there are more points of friction. Begin by conducting an audit of the current design and features, and then develop wireframes and flows for each user view that can later be tested by real users in a future project.
