The UI/UX of our platform is designed to look and feel [INSERT], with the ultimate goal of creating a product for parents that is easy, intuitive, and trustworthy.

We are preparing to launch our MVP, and are seeking your support to improve the user management experience for the three main user types. We know navigating from the home screen to take XYZ critical action has been a blocker to other users in the past, and suspect there are more points of friction.

Begin by conducting an audit of the current design and features, and then develop wireframes and flows for each user view that can later be tested by real users in a future project.

• Project Plan- Identify milestones and set a timeline for the project.
• UX Audit- Conduct an audit of the current user flow with regards to user onboarding and management. Identify pain points, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
• UX Design- Use your findings from the audit to create solutions for the user management experience. Design improved flows that will improve the experience for the distinct user types.
• UI Design- With the flows finalized, turn the wireframes in to hifi designs that are ready to be prototyped and tested.
• Finalize- Handoff all deliverables and findings in a package that allows for your work to be easily understood and incorporated into future projects.

• Preparation of any relevant resources and assets in advance of the kick off call
