Comprehensive Analytics System Implementation

PROJECT DETAILS The primary goal of this project is to develop a comprehensive analytics system for Agora Art using Mixpanel, Google Analytics, HotJar, and other beneficial tools. The dashboards created should align with our business goals and provide detailed insights into marketing and sales funnels, including stage-by-stage conversion rates. Insights derived from the analytics will be used to make Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) recommendations. This project will involve the following steps: Research : Identify and select the most suitable analytics tools for Agora Art's needs. Setup and Integration : Configure and integrate Mixpanel, Google Analytics, HotJar, and any other selected tools. Development support for code implementation will be provided. Each of these technologies are already in the live application. Internal Event Tracking : Determine key user interactions and behaviors that need to be tracked, communicate that to developers for internal event tracking through our database, and decide how and where to display this information. Dashboard Creation : Develop customized dashboards (primarily Mixpanel) that align with Agora Art's business goals, including marketing and sales funnels with stage-by-stage conversion rates. Data Analysis : Analyze the data to derive insights and make CRO recommendations for Agora Art. PROJECT DELIVERABLES By the end of the project, the team should deliver the following: Research Report : A detailed report on the selected analytics tools and their suitability for Agora Art. Setup Documentation : Comprehensive documentation for the interpretation and continued development of dashboards process for Mixpanel, Google Analytics, HotJar, and any other selected tools. Customized Dashboards : Dashboards tailored to Agora Art's specific business goals and key performance indicators (KPIs). Data Analysis Report : An analysis of the data collected and insights derived to make CRO recommendations for Agora Art. FINAL DELIVERABLES Comprehensive Analytics System : A fully implemented analytics system for Agora Art, including all relevant documentation and customized dashboards. Insights and Recommendations Report : A report detailing the insights derived from the analytics and CRO recommendations for improving Agora Art's marketing and sales funnels.
