Family Mediation : Internal Knowledge Hub Creation and Capture Client Information

Project Goal: Create a centralized, easy-to-use internal knowledge base/SOP to capture important institutional knowledge, processes, and procedures. (Preferably on Notion but open to use other tools) Additionally, during the onboarding process, the clients will need to fill a questionnaire and return it to me. I would like to have that questionnaire embedded on the website in order to create a database with client information. (Probably using Typeform but I'm open to other ideas)

Objectif : Recherche et analyse des sites internet de notaires (identification de 5 compétiteurs), étude du marché de la demande et l'offre des testaments (tranches d'âge, ceux qui ont testament ou non, etc.), analyse du marché de télé-notaire (par exemple www.willful.co/fr-qc), les meilleures stratégies de marketing pour les notaires (surtout les testaments et les mandats en cas d'inaptitude), liberté de création en terme de branding, création du contenu sur le site internet, stratégie marketing digitial sur les réseaux sociaux, lead-generation, Customer Journey Map (blueprint), gabarit à utiliser, une procédure de communication standardisée.
