Project Goal:

Create a centralized, easy-to-use internal knowledge base/SOP to capture important institutional knowledge, processes, and procedures. (Preferably on Notion but open to use other tools)

Additionally, during the onboarding process, the clients will need to fill a questionnaire and return it to me. I would like to have that questionnaire embedded on the website in order to create a database with client information. (Probably using Typeform but I'm open to other ideas)

Deliverables:

• A Notion-based internal wiki with organized sections for company SOPs, team processes, and key resources. Optional: add a section for onboarding which includes all key resources a new hire would need to review in their first few weeks
• A feedback knowledge base for product teams to track learnings from users, internal reviews, and iterations.
• A short user guide or walkthrough video explaining how to use and maintain the system.
• Walkthrough video for clients with the onboarding process
• Embedded questionnaire on my website, creating automatically a database with client's information
