IP Licensing Readiness and Market Potential Analysis

The goal of this project is to develop a data-driven evaluation system to determine which intellectual properties (IPs) are most ready and viable for licensing opportunities. Using Google Workspace tools, participants will assess 3–5 IPs based on brand presence, consumer sentiment, market trends, and category potential, then synthesize their findings into an interactive dashboard and insights report to support strategic decision-making for IP representation and partnerships.

Website Development

We would like a new website for our organization. The website should be preferably built on Wordpress but open to other platforms. Students should be prepared to: Conduct a needs analysis to determine which platform is most suitable. Create a design proposal Build a fully-functioning website, with our assistance in providing content, SEO (optional) and copy. Source images and/or videos that align with company brand Provide training on updating and maintaining the site.
