Job Description Title: Project Manager of Student Weekly Conversation Program with Elderly GENERAL SUMMARY: Project Manager coordinates with Director, Dr. Jeremy Holloway, in assuring the success of the Tellegacy program in which University students (Legacy Builders) calls community resident in retirement communities or assisted living facilities via virtually or phone weekly to connect and become a friend.   University student connects with resident to bring them from feelings of isolation to connection, community, and focus on their legacy. QUALIFICATIONS Undergrad: must maintain a 2.5 GPA . Graduate Level: 3.0 A relatively high level of analytical ability is required to assess general needs conversationally of the resident, develop and manage discharge plan and to effectively utilize intellectual resources of the program. Well versed in the use of technology: virtual meeting software (Zoom), and in filling out online forms. A significant level of interpersonal skills is required to build rapport and connect with the resident.
