I acted as a compensation analyst and developed a compensation system for a fictitious organization. I analyzed the problem the organization had, provided recommendations, suggested a reward and compensation strategy using job families I created, made a pay for knowledge plan that consisted of skill blocks, and developed a job evaluation plan.
