The main goal for the project is to develop a tool that walks users through the process of determining conventional and creative financing options for buying and selling real estate properties, as well as the highest possible income potential for properties. The tool should ask for and analyze real estate deal details and make recommendations based on users' available cash, credit, and income, seller's willingness to offer financing, property's value, current property income, property's income potential, property type, zoning restrictions, property condition, and other various factors.

Storytelling Program Development

The main goal for the project is to develop a fill-in-the-blank style program that teaches users the process behind writing compelling stories. The program should follow common storytelling methodologies and empower users to produce interesting narratives. This will involve several different steps for the students, including: - Researching common storytelling methodologies and techniques (much of this will be provided by Ken Van Camp) - Designing and developing the fill-in-the-blank style program (many of the questions are available from Ken Van Camp) -Using AI when approprite to guide users and refine story development - Testing the program to ensure it effectively teaches the process behind writing compelling stories - Incorporating user feedback to improve the program - Creating a user-friendly interface for the program

Screenplay Dramatic Conflict Analysis Program

The main goal for the project is to create a software program using existing machine learning (ML) capabilities that can analyze feature length screenplays (approx. 20K words), evaluate and grade varying levels of dramatic conflict at different points in stories from 1 to 10, and then plot the number on a graph. This will involve several different steps for the learners, including: - Understanding the structure and elements of a screenplay. - Developing a grading system for dramatic conflict levels. - Integrating the grading system into a ML program. - Testing the program with a variety of feature length screenplays. - Creating a graphing function to visually represent the dramatic conflict levels.

Storytelling Assistance Program Prototype Refinement

The main goal for the project is to develop and refine an existing storytelling assistance prototype software program into a functional storytelling assistance program prototype. This will involve refining the existing high fidelity screens and enhancing the functionality of the software to provide effective storytelling assistance to users. The students will need to complete the following tasks to achieve the project goal: - Analyzing the existing prototype software program and identifying areas for refinement and enhancement. - Refining the existing high fidelity screens to improve the user interface and user experience. - Developing and integrating new features and functionalities to enhance the storytelling assistance capabilities of the program. - Testing the prototype to ensure functionality and usability, and making improvements based on user feedback. - Creating documentation outlining the design process, improvements made, and outcomes of the refined prototype.
