Measuring Engineering Success Markers with Python

We must be able to track metrics that measure the continued success of the Engineering Team, both for quality, productivity and predictability. These magic numbers will help us keep a finger on the pulse for the team, and respond to any unexpected outliers quickly and proactively. These metrics can be gathered from the various systems in the developer tech stack and project management ecosystem, and must be automatically compiled into a "scorecard" on a regular basis. You will work alongside our exceptional team of Full Stack Engineers, learning from them as you go, and will learn a lot not only about working with third party APIs, CI/CD, cutting edge Python and serverless hosting, but also about measuring software engineering performance and why we believe this is important.
