Organization Structure Configuration for Growth

Our organization is anticipating a large amount of growth in the next five years. To make sure we continue to operate with a high level of efficiency, we need to have the right people in the right places. With your help, we hope to modify our current operational procedures in a way that best manages our growth priorities. Tasks may include: Research our existing structures including marketing, operational, administrative, and personnel needs using our operational hierarchy and collaborating with our management team. Conduct a gap analysis for the current operation procedures, organizational skillsets, and positional analysis. Develop improved Standard Operating Procedures for our current operating structure while offering researched improvement strategies and proposed solutions.
