Our company has been serving hundreds of customers for over five years. We want to revamp our appointment system as it is outdated, and we would like to make the scheduling process more convenient and flexible for customers. We would like to collaborate with students to develop an improved appointment system. This will involve several different steps for the students, including: Familiarizing themselves with our company’s target market, products and services. Researching scheduling software options and their features. Selecting the best technologies for our appointment scheduling and recommending plans for implementation. Recommending new features to include in our appointment scheduling system. Bonus steps in the process would also include: Recommending improvements to our internal scheduling system.
