Coding Champs Canada is seeking a comprehensive strategic business plan to guide its growth and success. The project involves defining the company's short-term and long-term business goals, identifying diverse and sustainable revenue streams, and conducting an in-depth market analysis to understand industry trends, target market, and competition. The team will also need to formulate unique value propositions and strategies to differentiate Coding Champs Canada from its competitors. Additionally, the project requires the establishment of clear vision and mission statements, the setting of SMART goals for both the short-term (1 year) and long-term (3-5 years), and the identification of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure progress towards these goals. This project will provide learners with the opportunity to apply their classroom knowledge in strategic planning, market research, and business analysis.

Digital Marketing Strategy

We want students to help us develop a digital marketing strategy to grow and engage our target market. We’d like to know how we can maximize different channels and what will work best for us. The main questions we’d like students to help us answer are the following: How should we promote our company? Any existing schools or brands we can collaborate with? Help in scaling FB and IG ads Create and execute a plan for setting up Email Marketing Work on a funnel to generate more leads Create engaging posts/reels for social media.
