Sales Strategy Development for Clean Energy Solutions
Power From Within Clean Energy Society is looking to establish a robust inside/outside sales team to enhance its market presence and drive sales of its clean energy solutions. The goal of this project is to develop a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with the company's mission and leverages its unique value propositions. Learners will analyze current market trends, identify potential customer segments, and propose a structured approach to building and managing a sales team. This project will provide an opportunity for learners to apply their knowledge of marketing, sales, and business strategy in a real-world context. Key tasks include researching industry best practices, designing a sales team structure, and creating a training and onboarding plan for new sales representatives.
