AI Smart ChatBot for Restaurants Function - App Design & Implementation

Our company helps hundreds of restaurants across Canada with our AI + Middleware + Human approach to restaurant marketing and efficiency tools. Online ordering to customer data collection to daily Facebook and Instagram Posts, and email newsletters all generated in ChatGPT, fixed by our middle ware, and automatically posted and sent by our Restaurant CRM on customer approval. We recently introduced AI Phone agents for nuisance calls and Phone ordering by AI Phone Agent. We would like to work with student to build a simpler text based chat bot utilizing ChatGPT into our product bundle. We wish to have it handle all general restaurant questions and even take an order and send it through to our proprietary online ordering tablet in restaurant. We also wish to have a WordPress plugin written so we can get it into the WordPress marketplace. This will involve several different steps for the students, including: Researching technologies being used for AI interactive smart chat applications. Selecting the best technologies for creating a real-time application. Producing a wireframe or mock-up of the resulting system’s user interface. Creating a product roadmap for the system and an implementation plan detailing possible interactions with the system. Bonus steps in the process would also include: Developing the artificial intelligence ChatGPT chatbot with assistance of our development team.
