Loyalty Program

Our company offers new reward loyalty online. We want to increase customer engagement through Reward programs. We are more focus on Small Business and medium business. We would like to collaborate with students to develop new loyalty programs. This will involve several different steps for the students, including: Familiarizing themselves with our target market, products and services. Identifying customer actions to be rewarded and types of rewards. Recommending ways to market the program and enroll more customers. Identifying possible partnerships for more attractive offers. Bonus steps in the process would also include: Recommending ways to gamify our loyalty programs.
