Organization Structure - Updating Employer Policies

Our organization is anticipating a large amount of growth in the next five years. To make sure we continue to operate with a high level of efficiency, we need to have the right people in the right places. With your help, we hope to modify our current organizational structure in a way that best manages our growth priorities. Tasks may include: Assist in training & development initiatives including onboarding, new hire orientation and scheduling training Update employer handbooks and policies Research HRM best practices Payroll administration Production of statistical and employee engagement reports Support Health and Safety or Wellness initiatives Support disability management activities Data entry in various HR activities Support Labour Relations activities or preparation for bargaining Assist in employee engagement surveys Assist with Employee performance and relations initiatives
