The Art of Construction: Co-op Photography Program

EllisDon aims to establish "The Art of Construction," a co-op photography program in partnership with local post-secondary institutions. The goal is to integrate photography students into the construction industry, allowing them to capture the aesthetic and design elements of construction projects. This initiative seeks to build relationships with schools, enhance student portfolios, engage with the community, and identify potential future hires. Students will gain hands-on experience by accessing construction sites and capturing project images. The program will culminate in an end-of-semester art show where students present their work to the community. Additionally, standout students may be identified for potential freelance or permanent positions within EllisDon.
