New Employee Training Plan and Consultancy

We want to be known as an organization that values the development of our people. To assist us in this goal, we would like to collaborate with students to design trainings. The high-level training design should be based on our provided objectives and include templates, processes, strategy, and implementation guidelines. We have an idea of areas where training could be implemented, but we would also appreciate insight on recommended training and development areas.  Areas of particular interest to us include: New employee training Develop Hiring Process including a quiz, key questions, disc profiles Prepare updated policies and procedures for employees Training Modules Development Recommendation of third party alternatives for Management of Employees (eg compensations etc) Determination if a third party company would be a positive recommendation for our Company. What are the positives and Negatives of this solution. Leadership development Please Note: We are looking to work with 1 dedicated group of students, or if working with the entire class to be able to give the students the resources they need and let them take control of the project, as we do not have the bandwidth to work with an entire class.
