However, with increased competition and regulations, it is crucial for companies to have a strong marketing and sales strategy in place to succeed in this rapidly evolving market. The primary focus for the student will be: Strategy - To conduct market research and analysis to identify target markets and consumer trends within the cannabis industry. Develop an implementation plan for a new product; develop a go-to-market strategy; identify new funding and grant opportunities, write proposals. Marketing - To develop marketing strategies, including branding, advertising, and online presence, to increase brand awareness and attract customers (product, place, price, and promotion). Sales - To create sales plans and strategies to increase revenue and drive growth for businesses in the industry.
Animated Video Creation for Cannabis Extraction
Hydrocarbon extraction is a complex process used in various industries, such as oil and gas, pharmaceuticals, and food production. However, many people are unfamiliar with how this process works and its importance in these industries. Therefore, there is a need to create an educational animated video that explains the hydrocarbon extraction process in a clear and engaging manner. We would like to collaborate with students to create an animated video that explains our extraction process. This video will be displayed on our website, through social media platforms, and shared by email. This will involve several different steps for the students, including: Familiarizing themselves with our company’s target market, brand guidelines, and products. Developing a storyboard and animating scenes for the video. Selecting suitable background music. Combining visual and auditory elements to create a finalized video. Recommending ideas for future marketing videos.
Enhancing Social Media Presence for Pantheon Cannabis Group
Pantheon Cannabis Group aims to elevate its social media presence to drive more traffic to its pages. The company seeks to improve its search engine optimization (SEO) and develop an optimal posting schedule for its social media content. The project will involve analyzing current social media metrics, researching best practices for SEO in the cannabis industry, and creating a detailed posting schedule that maximizes engagement. The goal is to apply classroom knowledge of digital marketing and SEO to create a comprehensive strategy that Pantheon Cannabis Group can implement to boost its online visibility and engagement. Key tasks include: - Conducting a social media audit to assess current performance. - Researching SEO best practices specific to the cannabis industry. - Developing a content calendar with optimal posting times. - Creating a report summarizing findings and recommendations. - Creating social media content using the most efficient keywords for our target audience while following the content calendar.
