The Grove Seniors' Village provides safe, comfortable, affordable housing to seniors aged 55+. We are a housing cooperative founded and operated on the principles of volunteerism, social responsibility and independent living. All members of the Grove Seniors' Village are owner residents, each having an equal share in the ownership of the development and thus enjoying the pride of ownership of life in this supportive community.
With our sister organization, the Lou Simon Village Association; we provide housing and supportive educational, social and recreational opportunities for our resident members. As well, our active volunteer community provides support to our surrounding communities through our skills and expertise gained through life long volunteerism.
