Details

The main objective of this project is to support Axis Meter Solutions and Husky Well in enhancing their digital marketing presence and customer engagement through strategic content creation. This includes developing and executing marketing materials such as social media campaigns, email campaigns, website copy, and blog content tailored to our growing audience of landlords, property managers, and environmentally conscious consumers.

The project is a practical opportunity for students to apply their marketing and communications skills in a real-world, growth-stage business setting—with exposure to branding, sustainability, and B2B marketing challenges.

Deliverables

Learners are expected to complete the following key deliverables:

  • Social Media Campaign Plan: A minimum 4-week content calendar with post copy and design ideas for Instagram and LinkedIn.
  • Email Campaigns: Drafts of informational and promotional emails, including automated sequences (e.g., welcome or onboarding flows).
  • Website Copywriting: Rewriting or drafting content for at least 2–4 pages (e.g., About Us, Services, FAQs).
  • Marketing Campaign Assets: Copy and creative ideas for one specific marketing initiative (e.g., product launch, seasonal offer).
  • Blog Content: Multiple blog posts designed to drive engagement and provide thought leadership in the sub-metering and water conservation space.
