To identify and engage 25 qualified food entrepreneurs(Demand)—such as caterers, bakers, and small food brand owners and Kitthcen owners such as restaurants, churches, community centers, ghost kitchens, schools, etc.—to join the KitchenFlow waitlist, thereby validating market demand and refining our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) before the product launch.​

Deliverables

Tasks:

  • Market Research: Identify and compile a list of potential ICPs within targeted regions.
  • Outreach Strategy Development: Craft personalized outreach messages tailored to the identified ICPs.
  • Direct Outreach Execution: Engage with potential customers through appropriate channels to introduce KitchenFlow and encourage waitlist sign-ups.
  • Data Management: Maintain a detailed log of outreach efforts, responses, and feedback.
  • Analysis and Reporting: Analyze outreach outcomes to assess effectiveness and provide insights.​

Deliverables:

  • ICP Database: A curated list of at least 25 potential customers, including contact information and relevant details.
  • Outreach Materials: Copies of all outreach messages and materials used.
  • Engagement Report: A comprehensive report summarizing outreach activities, response rates, key learnings, and recommendations for future engagement strategies.​
