Nimble is a pioneering self-checkout app designed to transform the retail experience by streamlining the checkout process in grocery stores. The company aims to expand its network by recruiting entrepreneurial, business-savvy women to lead sales outreach and onboard new store partners. The project's goal is to drive store sign-ups by effectively pitching the benefits of Nimble's product to potential partners. Participants will apply their classroom knowledge of sales strategies, marketing, and business development to create a scalable B2B acquisition playbook. This initiative provides learners with the opportunity to engage in real-world business scenarios, enhancing their skills in sales outreach and partnership development. The project is designed to be completed by a team of learners from a business program, focusing on tasks that are closely related and achievable within a limited timeframe.

Deliverables

The project deliverables include a comprehensive B2B acquisition playbook tailored for Nimble's sales outreach strategy. Participants will also develop a pitch presentation highlighting the app's benefits to potential store partners. Additionally, learners will create a report detailing the process and outcomes of their sales outreach efforts, including feedback from potential partners. These deliverables will demonstrate the learners' ability to apply theoretical knowledge to practical business challenges.
