The main goal for the project is to find an in-house designer who can offer advice and suggestions to customers, work with dealers, and develop their own ideas for window treatment solutions. The designer will need to have a strong understanding of the company's products and be able to provide creative and practical solutions to customers' needs. They will also need to work closely with the dealers to understand their requirements and develop designs that meet their needs.

The tasks that the in-house designer will need to complete to achieve the project goal include:

- Familiarizing themselves with the company's range of over 16 different products for window treatment solutions.

- Collaborating with the dealers to understand their requirements and develop designs that meet their needs.

- Offering advice and suggestions to customers, taking into account their preferences and the company's product range.

- Developing their own ideas for window treatment solutions that align with the company's brand and customer needs.

- Working with the showroom and factory teams to bring their designs to life and ensure they meet quality standards.

- Providing ongoing support and advice to customers and dealers to ensure satisfaction with the window treatment solutions.

We will offer full and comprehensive training in the manufacturing process of window treatments. The intern will work directly with the sales manager and will have their own desk and computer for their work. The company is also willing to provide any other equipment that may be required to fulfill their job. They will also have the opportunity to go out into the field and conduct design consultations in residential and commercial areas.
