Andover Analytics aims to enhance the visibility of its product within the phone reseller community. The project involves developing a strategic marketing plan that targets phone resellers, highlighting the unique features and benefits of Andover Analytics' offerings. The team will conduct market research to identify key reseller demographics and preferences, and then create tailored marketing materials to effectively communicate the product's value proposition. The goal is to increase reseller engagement and interest, ultimately leading to higher product adoption rates. This project provides an opportunity for learners to apply their marketing and research skills in a real-world context, focusing on a specific industry niche.
