Our company provides natural, discreet, non-surgical and surgical plastic surgery services to professionals, executives and public figures. We reach patients through organic and paid social media channels.

This will involve several different steps for the students, including:

  • Familiarizing themselves with our company’s procedures, social media growth goals and target audience.
  • Identifying "normal" locally based influencers/ambassadors who educate their audience with high engagement.
  • Developing incentive programs for influencers/ambassadors.
  • Identifying metrics to monitor across the influencer/ambassador team.
  • Developing ideas to amplify engagement with influencers/ambassadors based on their .

Bonus steps in the process would also include:

  • Recommending social media management tools to schedule our content.
Deliverables

By the end of the project, students will have:

  • Understanding of our company’s service, goals, and audience
  • Identified 50-100 local influencers
  • Built 5-8 influencer/ambassador long-term engagement strategies
  • Built 5-8 influencer/ambassador incentive programs
  • Built an influencer/ambassador referral program

Bonus steps would include:

  • Recommending influencer/ambassador management tools

Final deliverables should include

  • A final report of viable local influencer/ambassadors
  • A 10-minute presentation on why the chosen influencer/ambassadors are likely to succed.
Mentorship

Students will connect directly with us for mentorship throughout the project. We will be able to provide answers to questions such as:

  • Our current services and social media marketing
  • Our audience, patients, and industry insights
  • Input on choices, problems or anything else the students might encounter.
