The goal is to build a more predictable revenue stream for the business and this is a critical project needed to help us get there.
- Scraping and qualifying a current lead list
- Using lead generation software to find new leads
- Adding leads to CRM
- Creating outbound campaigns in a CRM
- Executing email, calling, social media campaigns
- Scheduling net new opportunities for owner of company from these leads (via calling, emailing, social media outreach)
- Measuring and tracking activity and output
Looking back at my collegiate career, I really wish I would have had the opportunity to take part in a program like this prior to getting my first full-time job. I plan on staying close to the work that the interns are doing and supporting them in any way that I can. I'd like to scheduled weekly calls, answer questions and ensure they have what they need to succeed in the role.
I think this is an exciting opportunity for students that are excited about getting into sales to work directly with a 3x VP of Sales and someone that "sells sales" for a living. I hope that they would learn a lot in the process that they can then apply post school.
