The goal: Build a targeted B2B pipeline for partnerships, advertising, and collaborations, and establish TCL as a recognized voice in the Canadian product landscape.
Research & Target List Building:
- Identify Canadian companies, brands, manufacturers, retailers, and relevant associations with strong alignment to TCL’s mission.
- Build organized contact lists, including decision makers (e.g., marketing managers, partnership leads, brand managers).
- Use tools like LinkedIn, company directories, and industry databases for prospecting.
Outreach Strategy Development:
- Develop messaging templates for outreach (email, LinkedIn, phone scripts).
- Segment leads for different partnership opportunities (e.g., site sponsorships, product submissions, advertising, co-marketing, content collaborations, “Verified Canadian” badges, etc.).
Initial Contact & Follow-Up:
- Execute outreach campaigns to introduce TCL and explore potential interest in partnership or collaboration.
- Track engagement, responses, and progress in a CRM or organized spreadsheet
