Project Goal

The main objective of this project is to support the successful testing, refinement, and launch of new digital products. The intern will play an active role in ensuring product quality, and improving user experience.

Tasks and Activities:

  • Conduct regular testing of web and mobile products to check for content accuracy, functionality, and usability
  • Report bugs, issues, and suggest UX/UI improvements
  • Organize and summarize user feedback collected during pre-launch and post-launch phases
  • Participate in team check-ins and contribute to launch planning discussions

Expected Deliverables:

  • Test reports documenting bugs and usability issues
  • Suggestions for UX improvements
  • Summaries of user feedback
  • Participation in a final project review or presentation
Deliverables

By the end of the internship, the student is expected to complete the following:

  • Testing Reports: A series of structured reports documenting bugs, content issues, and UX problems identified during regular product testing (web and mobile)
  • UX Suggestions Document: A summary of proposed improvements to enhance the user experience, usability, and functionality of the digital products
  • User Feedback Summary: Organized feedback gathered from test users, structured by themes (e.g., bugs, confusion points, suggestions)
  • Final Presentation or Wrap-Up Summary: A short written or verbal summary of the student’s contributions, key findings, and lessons learned during the internship

Hands-on support

Direct involvement in project tasks, offering guidance, and demonstrating techniques.

Tools and/or resources

Providing access to necessary tools, software, and resources required for project completion.

Regular meetings

Scheduled check-ins to discuss progress, address challenges, and provide feedback.
