Objective:


Propelinx aims to explore innovative applications of quantum computing and data analysis to enhance its AI-powered recruitment platform, with a focus on improving candidate matching, bias detection, and predictive analytics.


Scope:


  • Analyze large-scale hiring data to identify patterns and improve candidate matching algorithms.
  • Develop simulations to predict hiring trends and workforce dynamics.
  • Create training materials for recruiters on using Propelinx’s platform and understanding diversity metrics.


Deliverables

Deliverables:


A detailed report on how quantum computing principles can be applied to improve Propelinx’s AI algorithms.


A prototype simulation model for predicting hiring trends.


A set of training materials (e.g., videos, guides, or interactive modules) for recruiters.



Success Criteria:


The simulation model achieves at least 80% accuracy in predicting hiring trends.


The training materials receive positive feedback from a test group of recruiters.


The final report provides actionable recommendations for improving Propelinx’s AI algorithms.
