Details

Minerva Next is launching a new product and seeks to understand user perceptions and experiences. The project involves conducting user interviews to gather qualitative data on user interactions, preferences, and pain points. The goal is to provide actionable insights that can inform product improvements and enhance user satisfaction. Students will apply their knowledge of research methodologies and data analysis to conduct 50 user interviews, ensuring a diverse and representative sample. They will then analyze the collected data to identify trends and patterns. This project offers an opportunity to apply classroom knowledge in real-world settings, focusing on user-centered design and product development. Currently we have created a survey for this purpose (User Research & Validation Survey - Learning App), we can work together to update this questionnaire if necessary and send it to people to capture the insight.

Deliverables

The deliverables for this project include a comprehensive report detailing the findings from the 50 user interviews. This report should include an analysis of user feedback, highlighting key themes and insights. Additionally, students will provide a presentation summarizing their findings and offering recommendations for product enhancements based on user input. The deliverables will demonstrate the students' ability to conduct user research and translate data into actionable insights.
