Ironwood Infrastructure Inc., a growing company in its third year of operation, seeks to streamline and enhance its human resources processes. The current HR processes and documents need a thorough review to ensure they align with the company's evolving needs and industry best practices. The goal of this project is to develop a comprehensive HR framework and a set of practical tools that will support efficient HR operations and facilitate future growth. This project provides an opportunity for learners to apply their knowledge of HR management, organizational behavior, and business process optimization. The team will analyze existing HR documents, identify areas for improvement, and propose a structured framework that addresses the unique challenges faced by a young organization. The project will involve closely related tasks such as document analysis, framework design, and tool development, all of which can be completed within the given timeframe.

Deliverables

The deliverables for this project include a detailed HR framework document tailored to Ironwood Infrastructure Inc.'s needs, along with a set of practical HR tools. These tools may include templates for job descriptions, performance evaluation forms, and onboarding checklists. As well, the team should provide recommendations for policies, opportunities for improvement and recommendations for management of HR as the business grows. A presentation summarizing the findings and recommendations will be prepared for the company's leadership team. The deliverables will provide Ironwood Infrastructure Inc. with a solid foundation for efficient HR management.
