The project will focus on building strong media relationships, identifying potential sponsors and collaborators, and amplifying the show's presence across various channels
Learners will:
- Familiarize themselves with The Golda Show’s mission, target audience, and current brand positioning.
- Research and identify relevant media outlets, influencers, potential sponsors, and partnership opportunities.
- Create compelling outreach materials, including pitch emails, sponsorship decks, and press releases.
- Develop a PR calendar with strategic timelines for media outreach, events, and sponsor engagement.
- Actively engage with media contacts and potential sponsors to secure features, interviews, and funding/support.
- Monitor and report on PR activities and outcomes, recommending adjustments as needed.
Bonus steps may include:
- Organizing media events or online campaigns to further enhance visibility.
- Identifying cross-promotion opportunities with aligned brands.
Project Outcomes and Deliverables:
By the end of the project, students should demonstrate:
- A clear understanding of The Golda Show’s brand and audience.
- A strategic PR plan with targeted media and sponsorship lists.
- Outreach materials including press releases, sponsorship pitch decks, and email templates.
- A timeline/calendar outlining PR activities and milestones.
- A report summarizing outreach efforts, responses, secured partnerships, and key learnings.
- Bonus: Coordination of a small media event or online PR campaign to showcase execution skills.
Final deliverables include:
- A comprehensive PR & Sponsorship Strategy Report.
- A presentation summarizing strategy, execution, and results.
Direct involvement in project tasks, offering guidance, and demonstrating techniques.
Scheduled check-ins to discuss progress, address challenges, and provide feedback.
