Robo The Virtual Bot Inc aims to enhance the inclusivity of artificial intelligence systems used in human resources, particularly for minority groups. The project focuses on identifying and implementing strategies to make AI-driven HR processes more equitable and unbiased. This involves analyzing current AI models and HR practices to pinpoint areas of improvement. The goal is to ensure that AI tools used in HR are fair and inclusive, promoting diversity and equal opportunities. Students will apply their knowledge of AI, data analysis, and HR practices to develop actionable recommendations and prototype solutions. The project will be conducted under the framework of trabajogenx.com, a platform dedicated to fostering inclusive workplace environments.

Deliverables

The project deliverables include a comprehensive report detailing the current challenges and proposed solutions for making AI in HR more inclusive. Additionally, students will create a prototype or a set of guidelines that demonstrate how AI systems can be adjusted to reduce bias. The deliverables should be practical, actionable, and ready for implementation by Robo The Virtual Bot Inc.
