We would like to improve the customer experience, even if it means moving from Shopify to another e-commerce vendor
We also want to see ways to increase our social media presence, getting tips and recommendations on how to reach our target customers, SEO tips, etc

We will support the students providing as much staff time as needed, as well to access to any data they might want/need. Same applies with tools, we will provide unrestricted access to our Shopify platform.
About the company
KW Empanadas is a family owned company specialized in Argentinian homemade style food, which has been operating in the Waterloo Region since 2016.
It currently has presence at several outlets in the region, which include the Kitchener and St Jacobs Farmers Markets
