We are seeking students who are currently exploring careers in Digital Marketing to help build and execute a social media strategy for our TikTok, Instagram and LinkedIn channels. This project will support our business goals around brand awareness, creator recruitment, and lead generation for our services.
This would be an opportunity for students interested in marketing, social media, and the evolving creator economy to drive and develop the social strategy in a real-world, growth sector.
Students will work in collaboration with me (Alicia) and receive mentorship throughout the project and will be given autonomy to provide creative input. The project will include:
Developing a Social Media Strategy
Define target audiences (creators and brands)
- Set platform-specific objectives for TikTok, Instagram and LinkedIn
- Research competitors and trends in the creator economy space
- Recommend content formats, posting frequency, hashtags, and tone of voice
Creating a Content Plan (4–6 weeks)
Develop the content calendar aligned to our content pillars: (this might evolve based on research)
- AI & the Creator Economy
- Content & Social Selling
- Marketing & Entrepreneurship
- Creator-led Campaigns & Personal Growth
Designing and Producing Content for Culturix's Social Channels
- Design short-form videos (TikTok/IG Reels, LinkedIn Updates in various format), static posts, carousels, or stories
- Adapt content to different formats and audiences
- Prepare content for publishing (including file formats and copy)
Providing Recommendations
- Suggest tools for scheduling and automation
- Recommend strategies to grow following and engage the audience
- Share insights on how to measure content performance (KPIs)

Providing specialized, in-depth knowledge and general industry insights for a comprehensive understanding.
Sharing knowledge in specific technical skills, techniques, methodologies required for the project.
Direct involvement in project tasks, offering guidance, and demonstrating techniques.
Providing access to necessary tools, software, and resources required for project completion.
Scheduled check-ins to discuss progress, address challenges, and provide feedback.
